From the M5 (junction27) follow signs for Barnstaple. If you do not like winding roads we would advise you not to take the turning at South Molton.

On reaching Barnstaple follow the signs for Braunton and Ilfracombe.

Approximately six miles after passing through the village of Braunton you will come up to Mullacott Cross roundabout, take the first exit to Woolacombe (B3343) and you will find Sunnymead Farm approximately 1 mile on the right hand side just past the Veterinary Hospital & opposite Highways Guest House.
