The Caravan is situated in its own area of private garden. There is a decked area outside of the living room door with views across the camping field and a seating area by the main door which overlooks a small duck pond (fenced off for children’s safety). There is a covered storage area for beach toys, boards etc which also doubles as an excellent drying area for clothes and stores the garden furniture and barbecue. Parking is available for 1-2 cars next to the decking area.
The van is 34ft x 10ft and comes fully equipped with TV and DVD in the living room. Oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board in the kitchen along with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils etc. Full bed linen is supplied (and beds made up) for all 3 bedrooms and the extra double which can be made from the dining area in the lounge if required. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
The double bedroom overlooks the seating area and duck pond; there is plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe and a small dressing table. There are two additional bedrooms one twin room with small hanging and storage space, the third bedroom is ideal for a smaller person as right next door to the double and has been made into a single to provide some extra clothes hanging space.
There is a shower with wash hand basin and across is a separate toilet and wash hand basin. The living area has plenty of seating and a dining area; there is more storage space in here along with a gas fire for chilly evenings.
Please note: This caravan is an older model which is reflected in the price. It is however, clean, tidy and with all its facilities in good working order, and we believe you will find everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.
